The health of men is suffering from long time abuse to the body. This is not an opinion but a true fact that is seen through the latest research and so on.

More Rest You need to be sure that you are getting the proper amount of rest each and every day as well. Rest is vital to the body being able to rebuild itself from the rigors of life. Many men are working on a lot less sleep and such then they should.
That is why you need to be sure that you are working in such a way that allows you to get at least eight hours of sleep per day and more on the days of no work.
Movement You should also plan on some movement throughout the day. Instead of spending all day watching a sports team play why not go out and play for yourself? This is going to help you make a change that is far more appealing and so on to the body itself.
